How X-Ray works

Source: Public LinkedIn profiles that Google has indexed, so results can differ from a search inside LinkedIn.
Country: Locked to the candidate country.
Profiles: Every new person is read in full, email included. People found again from your previous runs are free.
Bee read: With a JD, the AI scores each person against every requirement, must-haves first, within your credit budget.
Distance: Measured to the job location when you name a city.
Search time: 10 or 15 minutes for the whole run. No run takes longer than 15 minutes.

What RecruiterBee will do

1

Analyse your vacancy

We analyse your job description, brief or manual criteria to understand the key skills, experience, job titles, locations and target employers.

2

Build your search

We turn your brief into a search. Keep it tight, broaden it, or search very broadly.

3

Search public LinkedIn profiles

We search Google for relevant public LinkedIn profiles, not your own LinkedIn account, then bring the best matches into your candidate pool and rank them against your vacancy.

4

Get their email for free

If a candidate's email is available, we add it to their profile at no extra cost.
